Anna grew up on the West Side of Kansas City, Missouri with her very large family. She was a shy child, and always preferred to be with her mother, ironing, sewing and cooking. She carried those skills with her throughout her life. Anna was known for her love of cooking, especially for her enchilada recipe. She often took time to learn from cooking shows and testing the recipes on her family. They never disappointed!
More than anything, Anna was a very generous and caring person, who took great pride in making sure everyone was remembered on their birthday. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandkids who could always make her laugh and smile. Anna's faith was very important to her, and her family often said that she had a direct line to Jesus.
For 50 years, Anna was very devoted to her husband, Daniel Estrada Sr. Together, they owned and operated Estrada TV, where he was the tech and she was the business brains of the operation. They loved gardening, home-improvement and couldn't pass up a good garage sale. Annie and Danny also loved family gatherings, dancing to Mexican music, and hitting it big at the casino.
These memories will always be cherished by their children; Rita Jaurigue (Joe), Cheryl Rios, Mark Saffell (Leann), and Daniel Estrada Jr. (Sara). Anna leaves behind ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Anna also leaves behind her cherished sister, Angela Belen and an abundance of nieces, nephews and cousins.
