Sharon Kay Blevins

Sharon Kay Blevins, age 79, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at 3:20 am. Kay was born September 20, 1943 in Springfield, Missouri to John and Margaret (Sartin) Saltkill.

Preceded in death by her husband Larry, her beloved son Mickey Blevins and grandson Kayne. Two brothers: Marty and Randy Saltkill.

Left to cherish her memory are her 3 daughters: Tina Potts (Jeff), Dawn Stroud and Shanna Novak (Tim). Along with 11 grandchildren: Jacob, Jerrica, Lindsay, Samantha, T.J., Tyler, McKenzie, Kaylin, Russell, Brady and Evan.13 Great Grandchildren: Leeum, Gracie, Brynlee, Easton, Camden, Bowen, Ky, Nattie, Jonas, Nora, Layla, Vanessa and Reagan: and her beloved fur baby Bella. Also, brothers Tim and Dennis Saltkill and 6 sisters: Shawna, Kathy, Debbie, Beverly, Judy and Connie along with other family members and many friends.

Kay worked in retail most of her life and was an amazing seamstress. She was a beautiful person and was loved by so many and she will be missed so very much.

A memorial visitation for Sharon will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Chapel Hill - Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, KS 66112, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 PM.
