Debbie or Grandma as I liked to call you, I just want to tell you how much I already miss you.  I was fortunate enough to become part of your family and more importantly be called family.  You helped me get through the tough times and also we shared a tremendous amount of good times together.  I will miss the times on my front porch and Joslin's back deck just having fun and laughing and also arguing our hearts out with each other.  I will make sure your grandson will be raised with a fierce spirit and a compassionate heart just like you.  Technically you were my mother inlaw but you and I know we were more like best friends

I'm so sorry to here about Bebbie, she was a great friend and we had a lot of laughs together.  My heart goes out to her family and no words can say how heartbroken I am.  I know Debbie's family was the most important part of her life, she always told me that her children wanted turkey and noodles for thanksgiving and she had a big smile on her face. May God help you through this very difficult time

Today I saw my mom for the last time. I'm still having a hard time accepting that this happened, that she is gone. She was my person to share everything with, the good and the bad. She would lift me up when when I was feeling blue. I know she wouldn't want me to be sad. I just wish I could have her back.

We're sending sincere condolences to all of Debbie's family and to my Uncle Hank. We know she will be missed more than words can describe, but hope that she will live on forever through all of your memories and stories about her.

Sorry to hear about Debbie,she was an awesome woman and could always bring a smile to my face in the mornings I would see her at petro. She will be greatly missed.

We are so sad to here about Debbie she was a very nice person, I am so glad my bother Hank found her and that they were so happy together, I know he will miss her. Our prays go out to her children, grandchildren, sisters,bothers and especially to Hank we love you and will call you soon take care of yourself and let me know if you need anything your sister Lucy, Tony and boys.

My heart breaks for all of you. I know your mom was an amazing mom, mother-in-law, grandma and wife through the stories you've shared and just seeing for myself how much she loved each of you. I'm going to miss her storytelling as she was sure to make me laugh! Her open honesty ending with well, you asked me what I thought always put things in perspective. Her physical absence is going to be tough at those Saturday night gatherings for sure but I know she'll be with us some how. I'm thankful to have known her and to call her my friend. Mom, Mommy, Momma, Mother Inlaw, Friend, Grandma, Granni, Jamamma, Grandma Chicken, Mean Old Lady In the Back:
My mom has been called many things throughout her life.  I had the honor of calling her my Mom and Friend.  She was never short of words wether it was a curse word or words of encouragement she would always speak her mind.  You always knew where you stood with her she was honest to a fault you may not have liked what she had to say well  that's the way I feel was the only explanation you were getting.  She gave her heart, soul and hard work into being a good mom and she was the best I could ever have had.  We've laughed, cried, and cursed together whatever I needed she knew what to give and gave with all she had.  My mom was a well of wisdom (though not always factual) she was always trying to be helpful.  She loved her family and friends and was quick to laugh even at herself.  My mom loved God and I know she is in his hands, and while I'm crushed to loose her too soon and so suddenly I know she wants me to smile and celebrate her life.  I will make sure her grandson will know his Grandma Chicken and how much she loved him the short time they had together and I know she is his angel in Heaven. I don't know what my world will be like without her but I know it will be less bright.
