Bobbie Quinn Randall, 85, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed peacefully into God's embrace surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. For 67 years, Bobbie was the wife of Paul R. Randall of the home, and Mother to Paula R. (Tony) Pratt and Thomas W. Randall of Kansas City, Missouri, and Ray Q. Randall and David A. Randall of Kansas City, Kansas. She was the grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 8.
Mrs. Randall was born December 24, 1930 in Kinston, North Carolina to Harry and Elvie Quinn. She graduated in 1949 from Grainger High School in Kinston.
On July 6, 1949, Paul and Bobbie were married in a candlelight ceremony at the First Baptist Church in Kinston, North Carolina and returned to make their home and raise a family in Kansas City, Kansas. For 25 years, Bobbie worked for Montgomery Ward, starting at the Indian Springs store until it closed and then worked at other store locations in the Kansas City metro area until she retired.
Bobbie was a member of the Maywood Community Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the church. Visitation will be Friday, October 21st from 11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. with funeral at 1:00p.m. at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112.
