Born from Rudolfo Jr. and Sarah Valdez, on October 15, 1980 in Fort Lewis, Pierce County Washington. Wainani graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1998. She was employed at the Queens Medical Center for fifteen years.
“Nani”, as she was known, loved Disneyland! If you were to ask her where her happiest place on earth was, she would tell you “Disneyland!” Nonetheless, she also loved her family and the moments she got to share with each and everyone of them. Family meant everything to her.
On June 24, 2020, Nani was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Though throughout everything, she always remained strong, positive and she never let it stop her from doing what she loved to do. Her saying was, “Faith Over Fear!”
