On Sunday, October 25, 2020, Jeannine Marie Blanche Allarie, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt, passed away in the Kamloops Royal Inland Hospital at the age of 78 years. Jeannine will be forever remembered by her children, Marcel (Cindy), Fern (Lisa), and Jack (Val). She was predeceased by sons Robert and Leo. Jeannine will also be lovingly remembered by her eight grandchildren: Shawna, Crystal, Shonet, Ian, Jordan, Brayden, Cassandra and Riley. She also leaves behind several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Jeannine worked various jobs throughout her life, but she ultimately retired from a career as a Registered Care Aid where she touched countless lives.
Jeannine was a strong, independent woman who was generous, helpful, loving, and kind. She could also be tenacious and was renowned for not holding back her opinion. She maintained her spirited personality throughout her retired years despite a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
The family would like to thank Ridgeview Lodge Care Community in Kamloops for their care of Jeannine.
Jeannine’s wish was to be cremated and then repatriated to her native province of Ontario. She will be laid to rest with her Mother in Val Gagne, Ontario.
