Donna was born on April 19th, 1961 at Shackan Indian Reserve to Joyce Adams and Bert Seymour.
Donna wed Clayton Anthony on October 4th, 2014 after thirty years of togetherness.
Donna took care of her younger siblings and cousins while growing up in Shackan. She attended Spences Bridge Elementary, Nicola-Canford Elementary and graduated in 1980 from Merritt Secondary School. While still in high school she took secretary training which helped her in being selected by Service Canada (Merritt Agency). She transferred to Kamloops agency and remained there until her retirement in 2018. She made many friends and assisted many people during her 35 years at Service Canada.
