I'll always remember Jeff -- just a down to earth guy.  He enjoyed life, always knew what he wanted, was always upbeat even in the worst of times.  Unfortunately his life was cut short by a terrible disease the world is fighting, fighting to find a cure.  It wasn't soon enough for him.  My best thoughts are that he lived his 47 super years by being thankful for everything.  His happiness came from hard work, amazing athletics, and true, loyal friends!  He left behind many who loved him deeply, including his girlfriend, daughter, and mother.  We all grieve on this anniversary of his passing but will remember him always by light from which he lived his life!  Miss you Jeff! Colin

Jeff was the nicest person I met in my 5 yrs living in FL. He was always so helpful to everyone & I’m lucky to call him a friend. 
We had sooo many conversations about stocks, football, & work. He even motivated this non-runner to run 3 - 5k’s!! And he was a good sport when I ‘forced’ him & Kendall to go out to watch the Chiefs when they weren’t televised. 
But his favorite topic was always his daughter, Katie. He lit up speaking about her & was so proud. 
I’ll forever be grateful that our paths crossed. 

I met Jeff at a open house of which turned out to be a new begining for me in Florida.   He helped me find a new home and a new life b

I admit that I did watch Jeff from afar when we worked at Illustrated Properties together...I was so curious about this person who walked by my desk every day but never said a word to me. Mr. Not shy did not seem interested in this girl who sat on the "other side" of the office.  A year later we finally struck up a conversation about our common love for running.  Our first "date" was a jog at Juno beach.  He was embarrassed to show me his "marathon toe" as he recently completed the NYC marathon and of course muscled through a broken toe until the finish line.  I, however, was inspired and sheepish that he just ran a marathon and I could barely run a mile.  We became inseparable from that point forward and I cannot think of many nights we spent apart.  He surprised me with a new pair of running shoes for our first running race together because mine were unacceptable.  What did I know?  He had so much more wisdom than me in just about everything and especially when it came to running a race properly. Jeff was and always will be my biggest cheerleader.  He would tell me "look good, feel good, do good" and I took that with me every day. Through my individual grieving process, I will muster up the strength to keep moving ahead...to keep stepping... with a nudge from behind here and there from my family and friends who have supported me immensely throughout the past 5 months.  It brings me comfort knowing that all of the life lessons he taught me, I will bring with me forever.  The exploring of new and fascinating places...the endless conversations about absolutely nothing to discussing unique South Florida wildlife, like his love for birds! I am the luckiest girl in the world to have had him as my life partner.  We have to part ways far too soon, but I will forever be a changed woman.

Jeff was our property manager, our realtor, and most importantly a close family friend. He was always the happiest  person and he had a unique way of transferring that positive energy to anyone in his presence. He will be missed by me and my family.

Jeff was one of our first friends that we met when we moved from Ohio to Florida. My family and I were looking for a place to live in Jupiter and Jeff was the realtor of the place that we were renting. We felt like the first time that we met him, that we knew him forever. We were so lucky to have him as our neighbor for almost two years. He was also our realtor for our home that we have now.  He would run by our house on his morning run and wave. Jeff was always smiling & always so positive & happy. We knew that we found someone special when he entered our lives. We spent a few  Christmas Eve celebrations with him & Kendall, making them feel like not only friends, but family. Jeff, Kendall & I had a group text going and would send pictures when one of us would find a shark tooth or find a new brewery.  We will keep searching for sharks teeth & going to new breweries for you!! I’m going to keep honking at you too.  We love you and are gonna miss you Burley! ❤️

It would always make my day in the office when Jeff would  take time out of his busy day and make a point to actually stop and seem to care about how things were going with me and my family. What a kind, special person and will be missed every day, but a shining light in Heaven.....you will always have a place in our hearts, and my Sympathy  to all of your family and loved ones. Rest in Peace, sweet Jeff.

I will always remember Jeff as a source of encouragement for me.   We did our first race together (The Pineappleman) in December 2020.   It was our first multi sport race ever!   I had never raced before at all; and Jeff had been a very successful runner and cyclist.   Jeff was quick to calm my “first race jitters” by offering me racing tips, words of encouragement, and even his swim shirt!   I was a novice and had completely forgotten any warm swim gear.   There were four of us all together and Jeff was tasked with what would soon become his “duty” before any and all races:  selecting our pre-race dinner location.   Regardless of where we were; all across the Florida coast, his picks never failed us.   Always excellent food, superb service, healthy choices, and reasonable prices.  The Pineappleman  would prove to be all it was intended; beginning the first of many adventures for all of us.    An “endurance athlete”, he would call us.   His encouragement kept this old lady motivated; pushing me to move on to the next race, the next distance, the next challenge.  He will always have a special place in my heart.  

My heartfelt sympathies to those he loved.   Revelation 21:4 — He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.  

I am a senior who moved to Florida from NY. who graduated from Flushing HS in Queens NY! When I started RE here, I had been an agent in NY for years, I went to Illustrated in Jupiter where I met Jeff. With rules and laws different here and three software program changes, I truly struggled until the manager hooked me up with Jeff. Jeff was an angel from the start. So patient, kind, generous  and lovable. He got along well with absolutely everyone and was warm, funny, engaging and positive. He became a genuine friend. His calm and easy disposition made everyone feel like no matter what the problem, it had a solution and all would be okay. His pride and joy and light of his life was his daughter. He also deeply appreciated his girlfriend, friends and family. He will always be in our hearts and and angel in Heaven. Rest in peace my dear Jeff.

Never meet him wish I did…I’m friend of his mom….Praying for family and friends….
