Barbara Jean Diehl

Born February 21, 1951 in Allentown, PA to parents John and Pauline (Stoudt) Stoppy, she is survived by her loving husband Dr. Frank Vetti; Son David Diehl and his wife Renea of Rehrersburg, PA; Daughter Hillary Lankay and her partner Joseph Manza of Stroudsburg, PA; Grandchildren – Alex, Zachary, Jeremy, Connor and Cheyenne as well as her stepchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; Sister Bonnie Hagenbuch of East Greenville, PA and predeceased by her brother William Stoppy of MN.

Barbara graduated from Lehigh County Community College as a Licensed Practical Nurse and spent her professional nursing career in Pennsylvania. Following positions as a Dialysis Nurse and Private Home Health Nurse Barbara was the Agency Administrator for Medical Personnel Pool Home Healthcare in Harrisburg, PA followed by her position as Agency Administrator of Personal Touch Home Healthcare in Bala Cynwyd, PA before her full time retirement to Florida in 2014. Barbara enjoyed traveling, cooking, quilting, decorating, gardening, relaxing in her pool, spending time with friends and family and fellowship with her Holy Spirit Lutheran Church community.

A Memorial Service scheduled for 2pm on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church 13301 Ellison Wilson Rd, Juno Beach, FL 33408 with light refreshments to follow.
