Wilma Jane Renner

Wilma was born May 21st 1945 in Delaware County, Ohio a daughter to the late Willard and Mary (Wheeler) Forest.

Wilma is survived by her last remaining siblings, Wanda Bosart and Ruby Garrabrant; four children, Tracy, Christopher, Leslie, and Patrick; granddaughters, Crystal Ruiz (Geo), Tristan Ann Gilmore (Byron Keith) and Justean Cottrill (Justin); grandsons, Anthony Persinger and Johnathon Persinger and five great-grandchildren, Benjamin Isaiah Persinger, Mikey James, Greyson Phoenix-Lee Gilmore, Gabby Cottrill and Bianca Ruiz.

In addition to her parents, Wilma is also preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Renner and siblings, Orville, Johnny, Shirley, June, Sue, Norma, Bill and Ricky.

Wilma was an avid gardener and tiny like a fairy. Don't let the size fool you! Big things come in small packages. She was truly a yard sale treasure hunting queen. She loved spending time with her sisters to bake cookies, cakes and getting into shenanigans with them when they would travel. She was an inspiration to the grandkids to hard work, love and be kind. She loved to spend her time with her great-grandkids and she will be missed beyond measure. She loved dogs and if anyone would like to donate to the county animal shelters in her honor it would be appreciated.

Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Interment will follow at Wilson Cemetery in Newark, OH.
