Joseph “Tom” Russo, 80, of Johnstown, passed away peacefully at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital on January 11, 2024. He was born on December 23, 1943 in Columbus, OH, a son to the late Angelo and Mildred (Giles) Russo. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Sheila and step-son, Daniel McAllister. He had many passions, The OHIO STATE BUCKEYES, classic cars, boating, fishing and camping to just name a few. Tom was also a member of the Johnstown Masonic Lodge, Johnstown firefighter and EMT for years. He will be missed by all who knew him. Friends may call from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Interment will be at Green Hill Cemetery.
