A beloved Father, Husband, Brother and friend, he is survived by his wife Denise, daughters Jami-Lee and Carlee, grandson Lucas Stanton, and his Sister, Sue Glovacz.
Jim was a brilliant and curious man who never stopped learning something new. He was sincere, and a bit shy, but quick to laugh with a goofy and endearing sense of humor. His first instinct when something was broken was always to figure out why; to break it down, take it apart and attempt to fix it, even if it seemed like a lost cause. Whether it was a piece of equipment, a vehicle, a toy, or even a piece of advice given to a friend to help a dispute, to him, it was always worth a shot.
We all have seasons in our lives, we grow and change, but one constant in Jim’s life was music. While he always dealt with ‘stage fright’ and wasn’t likely to play to a crowd he was a skilled guitarist and helped to instill and foster a love of music in all those that were open to it and was known to provide lessons to anyone who was interested and willing. He was also known to write and record songs under the moniker Red Feather Recording, eventually resulting in a collaborative album called “Legacy” (Link Below).

Jim had a gift for leaving those who met him with a pleasant feeling that endeared others to him, and his life has undoubtedly touched and left a lasting impression on so many of us. His presence will be missed more than words can say.
