Annette Grew up in Carbon Hill and graduated from Carbon Hill High School. She married Bobby Joe Fletcher Sullivan and had two daughters, Mona Sandlin and Myra Sullivan. During her years in Carbon Hill, she loved painting, working at the family businesses, gardening and actively participated in church at First United Methodist Church. In the later years she moved in with her daughter and lived in Haleyville. There, she made many wonderful friends and was very active with the 9th Ave. church of Christ family. Her favorite part about Haleyville was the Senior Citizens Center. There she was involved with a myriad of activities including painting, playing rook, going on trips, making friends and most of all eating! She absolutely enjoyed her last years on this earth and is now walking hand in hand with our king!
She is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Joe Fletcher Sullivan; parents, Dean Lawson and Versie Guthrie; and sibling Cleta Dozier.
She is survived by her children Mona Sandlin and Myra Sullivan; granddaughter, Katie Sandlin; sisters Janice Corvin, Peggy Gray, and Martha Hallmark and a host of friends.
