George Ivey Floyd, 81, of Wallace, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Onslow Memorial Hospital.
A Funeral Service will be held at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, Jacksonville at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 with Reverend Harold Swinson officiating. Burial will follow at the Old Salem Cemetery in Sneads Ferry.
He is survived by his wife: Ann Lee Floyd; sons: Johnny William Floyd of Jacksonville, Frankie Floyd of Elizabeth City, NC; daughter: Christy McRedmond of Jacksonville.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 -8:30 p.m. on Friday night at the funeral home.
