Wanda Raulerson Crowe

Wanda Raulerson Crowe, passed away on June 8th, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 25th, 1940 in Folkston, GA to Ernest Raulerson and Lillie Mae Norman Raulerson. She had three brothers and one sister.

Wanda is preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Crowe, grandson Aaron Zipperer and nephew Andrew Buxton.

She is survived by her daughter Donna Black (Jimmy), her sons David Grimes (Brenda) and Christopher Grimes, her grandchildren John Grimes (Cayla), Brandon Grimes (Nikki), Christy Moore (Matt), Angel Fowler (Ryan), Brittney Brown (TJ) and Chelsea Grimes (Kyle) and her great-grandchildren. Wanda is also survived by her sister Gloria Buxton and brothers Ray Raulerson (Kate) Larry Raulerson (Ellie), Rick Raulerson and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She attended church at Evangel Temple Assembly of God. Wanda loved her Savior Jesus Christ. Wanda’s greatest joy was her family, friends and working with children. Wanda worked at the Duval County School Board for twenty plus years as a Teachers Aide. Often she would be at a store, children she had taught during her time as a Teachers Aide, would greet her, showing their appreciation. Wanda enjoyed cooking for family gatherings, going on trips with family and fishing.

Services will be held at Evangel Temple Assembly of God - Cecil Wiggins Chapel Monday, June 14, 2021. Visitation from 12:30pm - 1:30pm with a Funeral Service beginning at 1:30pm. Burial to follow at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park at 3:00pm. Pastors Garry Wiggins and Randy Kisser will be officiating.
