Penelope "Penny" Peterson passed away on November 13, 2014. She was born in Missouri, but lived the majority of her life in Jacksonville, Florida. She touched the lives of many young students through her years of teaching. She enjoyed working in her herb garden and participating in the River Run. She raised a son and daughter and had three wonderful grandchildren. She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society.
HARDAGE-GIDDENS, THE OAKLAWN CHAPEL, 4801 San Jose Boulevard, is serving the family.
