Norman Dwight Cannon, age 91, of Bryson City, North Carolina passed away November 22, 2021 of natural causes. He was born April 19, 1930 in Alabama, and moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1954.
He was a Member of the IBEW local 177 for over fifty-five years. Mr. Cannon is survived by son Terry (Melodie), daughters; Freda Drinkwater (Mike), Diane Nelson (Mark), Gail Lee (Randy), brother Gary Cannon, ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be in the Chapel of Greenlawn Funeral Home at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 2, 2021 followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM in Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207, with Pastor Mark Seagle as Officiant.
