Mary Virginia Sanders

She was born April 10, 1917, in Boonville, Missouri, the daughter of the late G.W. and Myrtle (Case) Howell.

She was united in marriage on November 25, 1937, in Keytesville, Missouri to John F. Sanders who preceded her in death on August 7, 1987.

A homemaker most of her life, Mary was a member of the Order of Eastern Star; the Rebecca Lodge; and the Terry Parker Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, crocheting and knitting.

Survivors include her daughter, Lois Waibel, Jefferson City; her daughter-in-law, Jackie Sanders, Jacksonville, Florida; three grandchildren, Cindy (Kyle) Heislen, Jefferson City; Michael Sanders; Christopher (Brittnee) Sanders; and two great-grandchildren, Landon Sanders and Peyton Sanders-all of Jacksonville, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John F. Sanders; her son, Steven A. Sanders; and two brothers, Randall Howell and Archie Howell.

Graveside service was held in Jacksonville Florida.
