Keith Douglass Tucker

We are sad to announce the passing of Keith Douglas Tucker, age 67, on December 30th 2023 in Jacksonville, Florida. Born February 5, 1956 in Rhode Island, he was the son of the late Donald Tucker and the late Constance (Byron) Williams. Keith was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida for 7 years and a former resident of Ashaway, Rhode Island. He was under the care of great hospital staff at St. Vincent when he made his final transition back to spirit. He was surrounded by his loved ones in his final moments before leaving this earth.

Keith attended St. Andrews School in Barrington, Rhode Island were he made lifelong friends and had some wild adventures. He Joined the United States Marine Corps and served 2 years with an honorable discharge. He went on in life to become a truck driver, traveling all around the country and then eventually sticking close to home.

Keith was an avid churchgoer and was part of Peace Dale Congregational church community in Rhode Island. He was an active runner and created a race in honor of his late daughter Danielle. He had many friends in the running community for more than 20 years. Later in life he loved his Harley and was part of the motorcycle community in Florida. He also loved Key West and was part of that community as well.

Keith is predeceased by his daughter Danielle Tucker. Keith is survived by his son Jeremy Tucker, his grand children Cole and Cooper Tucker, Alydia and Bella Briggs, His Sister Lynne Tucker, His two brothers Timothy and Shawn Tucker.

Memorial service will be held at Peace Dale Congregational church, 261 Columbia Street, Peace Dale, R.I. 02879 on February 10th 2024 at 1pm. There will be a short reception in the back hall directly after the service.
