I worked with Keith on and off for many years for JSO. As Keith made rank it was evident that he became a "Cop's Cop", meaning that he really cared for & understood the officers under his command and could relate to them most of the time. His folks could go to Keith with about anything and he would try to make it right. Occasionally he would have to discipline someone but this was always a last resort. If you were right, he would fight for you. This is a disappearing trait among supervisors and Keith was admirable for having been like this. He also put away many serious offenders and criminals. Keith helped many citizens throughout his career with his caring ways as well. He definitely made a positive difference here in his city & community. My family's thoughts & prayers go out to the Clement Family.  R.I.P Keith. 

Keith was a wonderful, loving person with a terrific sense of humor,  who loved his family and his job and his workmates.  He was optimistic and I'll remember him as a good friend and HB1 1/2.
