Johanna “Hanna” Elizabeth Hove-Becker, 32, of Mons, Belgium, passed away on October 8, 2015. Johanna was born in Stockholm, Sweden on April 30, 1983, and emigrated with her parents to USA in 1989. She graduated High school from Arlington Country Day School and continued on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from USF and a Master degree in Psychology from UNF. She became a licensed Psychologist when working in Norfolk, Va.
Johanna worked for the City of Norfolk as an adviser to the court in psychological assessments for several years. She started her own company called Day One Wellness in 2011 in Norfolk. In 2013 Johanna moved to Mons Belgium following her husband’s new posting at NATO. On June 12, 2014 Johanna blessed us with giving birth to granddaughter Isabelle Louise. Worked as Assistant Director for the US Army’s Youth Department at SHAPE in Mons 2015.
Separated from Craig in September 2015.
Died after a fall from 7th floor at 9 pm in Mons, Belgium on October 8, 2015
Johanna is survived by husband Craig Becker, daughter Isabelle Louise, parents John and Yvonne Hove and uncle Anders Hove and other family and friends.
