Jennifer Sue Edwards

She was born, April 14, 1947, in Huntington WV, the daughter of late Emerson Ralph Henson and Freda Lavern Henson.

Jennifer is preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Edwards; and daughter, Melissa Edwards.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Hope Sunday school class at West Park Baptist church. Later in life she joined the workforce and greatly loved and appreciated her Publix family. She was a huge Ohio State fan and never missed a game. Jennifer enjoyed dancing, gardening, and entertaining all the neighbors. She was known in the neighborhood as "Ms. Cookie", as she always had a cookie for every child that came to her door.

Jennifer is survived by her 2 grandchildren,Katelynn Shelby Hellard (Storm Travis Jackson) and Travis Alan Hellard (Kaitlyn Eleanor Futch); great grandchildren, Bryson Guilford Futch and Parker Alan Hellard; and she also leaves many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Graveside Services will be held 11:00am Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 7242 Normandy Blvd Jacksonville Fl, 32205 with Pastor Charlie Rhodaback Jr. officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:00pm-2:00pm at West Park Baptist Church on Jones Road, Jacksonville Fl.
