Well, where do I begin? Everything I want to say probably has already been said since I don't FB daily (only monthly) I am sadly just finding out about this!  I know one thing for sure Nov.2 will b a special day from here on out because Nov.3 is my moms B-Day who recently also went to heaven w/Jayse.  Not to take away, but to add to the angels we will miss, but always cherish. Although this time is still hard for me each year. I will have another reason to celebrate someone special. Carey...my heart and love goes out to u and your family who has endoured these trials & tribulations.  Just remember God has a plan and a path for us to follow. With no doubt in my mind, you have superseeded his expectations in following his path and plan. I know the good Lord will bless u many times over for being such great people. Jaysen u have brought a love to everyones hearts in such a way that is unexplainable. U definitely were a special little boy!!! Much love always,

Dearest Jase,
 
You are the miracle in everyone's hearts.  I wish so much I had the chance to meet you and hold you.  
You are one special child born to a very blessed family.  I know they only had a short time with you but boy, were they happy to have those moments.  Now, let me tell you a little about your family.  They rock!!
 
Your Daddy, Jason/Jabo.  He loves to surf!!! So you would have definitely had a baby surf board.  He provides for his family the best he can.  I know he can be a great guy with a kind heart.  He is like an onion, sometimes you have to peel off the layers to get to that kind hearted man.  I may not know him that well BUT what I do know is that your Mommy would never marry any man that didn't hang the moon for her.
 
Now your big sister Brandi.  She is a firecracker.  She is passionate about everything that touches her fingertips.   A day with her would never be a dull moment. She loves music.  She loves to sing and play her guitar.  I wouldn't doubt it if she ever wrote a song about you.  She reminds me alot of your mommy.  She loves her family and would defend them to the ends of the world. 
 
Then there's Jared.  He was so excited to know he was going to have a little brother.  He couldn't wait to teach you everything!  If it was up to him, I think he would have already had you wearing camos.  Yep, as a matter of fact, you would probably have a camo binky, blanky, hat and diapers.  He would teach you how to play the drums, shoot a gun, ride a 4 wheeler and hunt.  You would be the envy of every kid on the block because your big brother would also teach you all the secret moves and tunnels in every video game out there.  He loves you lil man!
 
Now your Mommy.  Where do I begin?  Your mommy is one of the strongest person I know (and I'm not going to be the first and last person to say this either).  She will do anything for her family and most especially, her children.  She takes pride in her children's happiness and well being.  She wanted to spend every waking moment with you Jase.  I wish you could have seen her expression and the twinkle in her eyes everytime she talks about you.  She tells me how soft you are, how good you smell, how you look at her, your little giggles, the sound you make, your, oh so cute, blond peach fuzz, your tiny feet and toes  and your tiny fingers holding on to hers..  The smile you put on her face is priceless. And I want to thank you for giving her that happiness.  You are not only a blessing to her but you are truly blessed to have her as your Mommy.
 
There are so many people that hold you close to their hearts and I am one of them.  Thank you Jase for allowing me to be a part of your life.  You are an angel sent to us and will dreadfully be missed.  Don't worry about your Mommy, she will be just fine.  We will always be there for her and I know you will always be watching over her too.  I love you Jase and one day we will definitely meet.

I cried tears when I learned that a child would be,

as I pondered the day that you'd make yourself known.

Carey, I wanted to leave you a message on here to add to your memory book of Baby Jase. What came to mind was that cute story I told you about, when my lil man Ethan said that Superman would fix Baby Jase, after seeing his pics on fb.  The innocence of a child is too precious and we know that your precious baby boy is now with the ultimate Superman, our Lord, in heaven with his new Superman body.  I will continue to keep you in my prayers that the Lord will give you what you need to move forward. You are such a strong woman, wonderful dedicated mother and friend.  Love u girl!!

Jase's life has touched me in a way I can not put into words. He was without doubt an example of Faith & his tremendous strength inspires me. A long time ago you met.a girl who desperately needed to find her way. Find out she could get over her first real heartbreak. Find out she would and could go on without her lost love if need be. YOU showed me all those things not to mention some of the. BEST times of my life. I have yet to meet a more dynamic beautiful full of life person. You have this thing inside of you that draws people in like a magnet. You changed me for the better.
When I saw Brandi again all grown up I felt that same draw thats within you. She is a shining example of all the good in you. I wondered if she knew how lucky she was to have you for a Mom. . We talked and it was clear she did. I am thankful to have been close with you if even for the blink of an eye in the big scheme of things. That blink was UNFORGETTABLE.
 Its. Not fair what happened to Jase. I don't want to pretend to understand how bad it hurts. So all I can say is thank you for the lessons he taught us. He is now living without pain and he surely lwouldnt want you to carry on with a pain no one can soothe so rest and eat and laugh one day soon. I'm pulling for you. I love and miss you.

It's hard to know just what to say, When one so young is taken away,Far to soon he had to part, His memory forever engraved in our hearts.We only knew him for a short while, But the life he had made us smile.He was so beautiful and oh so rare. Jase was only here almost 2 months and he made people believe in something again. How does it feel to know you carried a baby that ended up turning people's lives upside down? (in a good way) He was precious. And the name Jaysen Lyric will always come with a story. A story about a fighter. A baby that had so much strength.. That obviously he got from his mom. :) Carey, I'm so proud of you for the way you stayed strong for Jase during his time here. You will see him again one day. Just think about that. But until then, just think about the miracle you brought into this world. Because he is very much still a miracle... Always will be. Love you guys!

I couldn't imagine your loss, I'm so sorry....

Losing a loved one is the hardest thing we as humans can go through, Losing a child is that much more painful. However, knowing that God protects his children and keeps his hands wrapped tightly around them can comfort us in our time of mourning. Though he is no longer with us, you can  find peace in knowing that he is with our Lord in Heaven and he no longer has to fight. He is at peace and you will be re united one day! My thoughts and prayers are with you always.

Carey and family, continue to think of you and keep you in my prayers. The service yesterday was very touching. I know words can't take the pain away but my hope is the time you did have with Jaysen will fill your heart with a lifetime of happiness and love. He fought hard and as his mother you fought hard for him too. You gave him more love in that short time than some parents will in an entire lifetime.  I am glad you both had time together to create that bond that no one can break. He is now with the angels above and is looking over all of you from above.
