Hazel Marie Weathers, 97, of Middleburg, FL, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2019. She is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior. She was a beloved mother, adored Grandmother and dear friend to many. May God bless her in heaven while we celebrate her beautiful life here on earth.
Hazel is preceded in death by her husband, Titus Weathers and her oldest daughter, Linda Lamb. Left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Jackie (Lynn); daughter, Phyllis (Stanley), grandchildren Karl (Kathy); Jeff (Karen); Shelley (Mike); Ryan (Courtney); Kyle; Monica (LK) and Melissa; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Zachary, Billy, Matthew, Mackenzie, Brooke, Jessica and Jey along with several great-great grandchildren.
