Evelyn Marie Stewart

Evelyn Marie Stewart, 74, born September 12, 1948 in Highland Park, Michigan, passed away on May 4, 2023 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was raised on a farm in Goodells Michigan. Evelyn became a homemaker at an early age and remained one to the very end of her life.

She was predeceased by her parents Howard and Elizabeth, brother Ronnie Stewart and her only son Jeremy Stewart.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter Jennifer Pearson and her children Chea’annah Stewart, Siarah Meldrum, Robert Meldrum, Aliah Meldrum and Alexah Meldrum. Her daughter Jonell Oldham and her children, Jaden Grill, Lindsey Grill and Del Borngessor. Her daughter Cassandra and her children which she adopted and raised as her own, Armando, Marianna, Angelize and Koda Ramirez: 16 great grandchildren.

She is also survived by her siblings, Steve Hager, David Stewart, Kathy Stangel, Theresa Estes and Betsy Codding. Jeremy’s kids, Brad, Marie and Christine Stewart.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday May 17th, 2023 in the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. 32211. The family will receive friends from 1 hour prior to the service.
