Donna Williams Smith went to be with The Lord on Dec. 30, 2018 in Jacksonville, FL., surrounded by her family. She was born March 24, 1952 at Pensacola Naval Hospital to Homer P. Williams, Jr. and Glenda H. Williams. Growing up in Jacksonville, Donna graduated from Ribault High School in 1970.
