Cindy Faulkner Clark

Cindy is the loving wife of Bob Clark and devoted mother of Hunter Clark (14) and Ethan Clark (11). She is the devoted daughter of Jack Faulkner and the late Mary Virginia Faulkner. Cindy was the dear sister of Jack Faulkner, Jr. and wife, Patti of Orlando, Bryan Faulkner and wife, Kathy of Jacksonville and Susan Faulkner and husband, Don of Palm Coast, Fl. Cindy is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews and loyal friends from Western Carolina, Columbia, SC, Jacksonville, FL and everywhere in between.

Cindy, born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, was first and foremost a dedicated and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She loved her husband, Bob, and treasured her children, Hunter and Ethan and embraced every moment with them. Cindy and Bob built a life centered around their family, friends and finding the fun moments in everyday life. Cindy had a vivacious personality and always lit up a room with her smile, making people laugh and enjoy life. She made friends everywhere and we always knew no matter where she travelled, she would find friends coast to coast.

Cindy worked as a Human Resource Executive with Suomienen Nonwovens Corporation, the global market leader in nonwovens. She had over 25 years of experience in all aspects of leadership, team development, learning and development and process design.

Prior to Suomienen, Cindy was President and Development Executive of

Challenges, Inc. with her friend and business partner, Mary Fleming. They formed and built Challenges, Inc, a management training and leadership development corporation designing tailored-made programs for companies throughout the Eastern United States.

Cindy was a graduate of The Bolles School, Jacksonville, Fl (1983) and graduate of Western Carolina University, Cullowhee, NC (1986) where she formed life-long friendships that continued to this day. Cindy was a Sigma Kappa Sorority Sister and served as President her junior year. In 1996, Cindy earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from University of North Florida.

Our entire family thanks all the doctors and nurses of Baptist Hospital South and the Emergency First Responders for the excellent care and compassion extended during this very difficult time. Thank you to all of our friends for your heartfelt calls and messages, listening ear, shoulders to lean on and love that you have shown all of us.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours September 13, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with the celebration of life service at 11:00 am at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida. Burial will follow the funeral service at Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida.

Jeff Arnold, Associate Pastor from Mandarin Presbyterian Church has been a great blessing with his guiding hand helping the family. Jeff will be leading Cindy’s Celebration of Life service.
