Bonnie Gail Short

Bonnie Gail Short, Beloved Daughter of Laura Huwe and Hjalmar Jenson from Crosby North Dakota, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, January 28, 2021. Bonnie was a loving Wife to James Franklin Short, a love that sparked at North Central Bible college and went on together to minister Gods love through Assemblies of God church.

Bonnie is survived by her sisters Alyce Hannay and Coletta Glass, Brother-in-law Clifford Kvanvig, her one and only daughter Julie Claire Walker, son in law Eddie Walker, grandchildren, Jonathan Ruiz, Victoria Turpin, Samantha Turpin, Brandon Walker, Blake Walker. Great grandchildren; Kalisea Ruiz, Luna Ruiz, Blaine Walker, Liam Walker, Owen Walker and Elijah Walker.

She is Preceded in death by her loving husband James Franklin Short and sisters Ferne Lovetta Kvanvig, Doris DePriest and Ruthie Pospisil.

She was not only a loving person to her family but also to those around her. Bonnie loved to go on long walks with her dog Joey and meet new people she lived around. In a few short years since moving from Ohio to Florida she made many new friends and spread joy to countless people. Bonnie has left us all with more love and happy memories in our hearts.

A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Bonnie Short will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 6:30pm outside by the clubhouse in 4301 Plaza Gate Ln. S, 32217 Jacksonville, Florida. Candles will be provided.
