I last spoke with Anne back in 2021 and did not know she passed soon after that. I am just finding out now after trying to reach out to her to see how she and Larry were doing.  Anne and I worked together for many years at VyStar Credit Union and we had a great working relationship. She was always in a rest jovial mood and helped me immensely in navigating the executive puzzle palace, as I called it. To this day I continue to use regularly a blanket she had blessed at her church for me to take to the hospital when I had leukemia and had to have a bone marrow transplant. I never forgot her kindness and thoughtfulness. She was a truly wonderful and kind woman. I am glad that I got the chance to chat with her before her passing, even though I was unaware of her passing until now. Larry, you had a wonderful woman by your side. There are far too many memories to post here.  What I will always remember about Anne was her capacity for generosity as well as her blunt plain speak, never mincing her words.  And in the last couple years, I will cherish all the laughter and eating and watching her wild kingdom in her beautiful backyard.  

Anne was one of the strongest women I have known. We hit it off from the moment we met.  I loved that she always said exactly what was on her mind and was never afraid to take on a challenge. She was a dear friend and neighbor. Her passion, charisma, and dedication to her family, friends, and community were always unmatched. Anne had previously served on the Board of Directors for the Riverbrook at Glen Kernan Home Owners Association and continued to work tirelessly to enhance the neighborhood and make our community better for everyone. Anne most recently served on the Citizens Planning Advisory Committee as the primary member for Riverbrook HOA.  Her contributions,  contagious laughter, and smile will never be forgotten. My deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy go out to Larry and her loving family.

In no particular order,  my friend Anne of thirty years was fun, feisty,  and fabulous.  Anne loved her family and opened her heart to  the people in her life that wanted to be in hers and accepted you for who you were.  If you were family and/or friend, she loved you no matter what.  
Larry will be her soul mate forever, Dana will be her person and Caleb stole her heart.
She will be missed but never forgotten.

I worked with Annie at VyStar since her first day there.  We quickly became friends and then moved on to become best friends.  We have made memories over the years that will remain with me always.  I will cherish each memory.  The world is a better place because you lived in it.  I will always love you my friend and I am proud we counted each other as best friends from the time we met until you took your last breath. You had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know and are one very special lady.
