He was born on March 21, 1942 in the Philippines. He Attended Manila Central University-Pre Medicine
Arthur Married Norma Malibiran in 1966 and Immigrated to the United States in 1969,
And Settled in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Arthur Worked as a Quality Control Engineer for Twin City Testing, Lake Region, Control Data, St Jude Medical, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic.
After Retirement in 2003 Arthur and Norma moved to Jacksonville, Florida.
Arthur Volunteered with the Florida Ombudsman Program for several years and Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville FL, for 12 years.
He is Survived by his Beloved wife Norma, son Leonard (Tricia) son-in-law Peter
Grandchildren; Rebecca, Calvin (Tzoua), Alex (Bao), Lorenzo, Miranda.
Great Grandchildren; Ana, Haven, Kalena, Kaimana, Anakin.
And his Siblings Violeta, Marilyn, Jocelyn, Ruben, Robert, George.
He is preceded in death by, his parents Elpidio & Clarita, (Brother) Romy (Sister) Shirley
and (Daughter) Anne
