She was born in Lauderdale County, TN in 1941, the daughter of the late Will. V. and Mattie L. Clifft. Patsy was very involved in all the activities of her town and was always available to help everyone. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Saltillo where she valued her many wonderful friends. Patsy was brave, kind, and at times, fierce! She will be missed in the town of Saltillo that she loved so much.
She spent her last years at Park Rest Home in Savannah, TN where she grew to love the personnel who took such excellent care of her.
Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby McCarter.
She is survived by her brother, Carney Clifft and his wife, Patricia, of Spring Creek, TN, and her sister, Juanita Davidson and her husband, Curtis, of Hobbs, NM.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday, April 12, 2024 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Bro. Tommy Crocker officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
