Billy RC ReckerMr. Billy RC Recker, age 76, of Jackson, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Jackson General Hospital.He was born on February 21, 1939 in Jackson, TN to the late Harry and Willie Recker. He was a retired kiln operator for American Olean Tile.He was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters; one grandson, Randy Blackwell. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Brenda Kay Farmer Recker; son, Michael Recker of Cape Girardeau, MO; four daughters, Vickie Ruttan (Terry) of Long Island, NY, Tammy Blackwell (Ronnie) of Jackson, Teresa Reiter (Eric) of Jackson, TN and Tiffany Nadig of Jackson, TN; sister, Nell Miller (Roy) of Lexington, TN; grandchildren, Mikey Recker, Corey Ruttan, Josh Cole, B.J. Blackwell, Justin Blackwell, Cayla Butler and Carley Reiter; great grandchildren, BreAnna, Chloe, Riley, Bella, Ethan, Parker RC and Gianni.Funeral services for Mr. Recker will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 1 p.m. from the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Steve and David Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers to serve will be B.J. Blackwell, Justin Blackwell, Mikey Recker, Corey Ruttan, Josh Cole, Clayton Rush, Dallas Butler, Will Stanberry.Cayla Butler, Carley Reiter, Chris Williams and Jeff Recker will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 2-7 p.m. in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons.The family would like to extend special thanks to Denese for her love, care, and support during this difficult time.
