Betty Nash Temple

She was born on November 30, 1938 in Stanton, TN. She was one of eight children born to the late Howard Jetson and Bessie May Privette Benard. She always took the time to make each visit, holiday, birthday special. She surrounded herself with photos of her family. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday. That’s when we were all together under one roof. Enjoying good food, laughing, black Friday shopping, and watching football. And of course celebrating her birthday before everyone headed home. In her free time when she wasn’t doting over her grandchildren, she loved tending to her beautiful flower gardens.

I’m sure her husband, our father, Neil Temple was waiting at the gates of heaven for her.

She has two Children, Rick the big brother, Belinda little sister. She was passionate about her children and grandchildren, Brianna, Hannah and Ricky and Amanda, and great grandson Jorden.

Graveside services for Mrs. Temple will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Hollywood Cemetery in Jackson. She will be buried next to her parents, Howard and Bessie Benard.
