I had a lot of fun with Terry and Linda over the years. Terry had the best tennis serve I have ever seen. He would throw the ball up just a little and swat it like you would swat a fly.  He was extremely strong and coordinated and most often the ball would pass inches above the net and hit the court so hard that sometimes it didn't bounce, it skidded.  Fortunately he was a gracious winner.

Many students looked forward to your loved one's class at Provine.  He was a teacher that did make a difference in many lives he was in contact with at Provine.  You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I was blessed to have had Terry for History at Provine.  The things I remember is that he cared for his students,wanted them to learn and was always happy. Big A touched so many lives in so many ways and will continue to help those he was around. May God Bless and Confort your family in this time but remember we will see his smiling face again some day.

Mr. A was a teacher of both wife and myself. We were in the class of Provine '76. He also taught at H.C.C. and gave Brenda some much needed encouragement as she started her journey to get her Dr. degree. We both are better people for having had Terry as a teacher and friend. He was such a blessing. We pray your famity will be comforted by the love of the Lord.

I didn't have the privilege of having Mr. A in class, but he was OUR class sponsor, class of '71. From our Class Capers skits to NHS trips to the Big Easy with him and BP Williams, we kinda grew up together. He was young, funny, and a heck of a good tennis player. May God bring peace to all who knew and loved him.

Remembering the last time we saw and chatted with Terry at Camp Withers. Fritz always enjoyed seeing him again.

Coach Aeschliman's encouragement and support of students was ever present.  Without his encouragement, I would not have won third in the nation for an essay on the most significant event in american history.  He and my family had a great trip to Six Flags over Texas.  I don't think I have ever met another teacher who showed so much support for his students.  I am sorry for your loss and may God comfort you during this difficult time.

My deep condolences to the Aeschliman family.  Terry was such an inspiration to me during my years at Provine High School.  He was so proud when I won 3rd in the nation for my essay and took a trip with me and my parents to Six Flags.  His support and encouragement to his students was ever present.

Please accept my sincere sympathy.  I will always remember Mr. A with fondness and admiration.  His class was a favorite of mine, as were the Jr Historical Society trips to New Orleans.  May you be comforted in knowing that he made a difference in so many young lives.  It is obvious that he was called to his profession.

My condolences to Amy and the rest of the Aeschliman family, Your dad was always so awesome during our "Girl" spend the night parties !!! We were not so quiet and he never complained. I didn't know Terry very long or see him very often, but I loved being around him! What a wonderful sense of humor and that smile when he was being ornery! The thoughts left by his students attest to the kind of man he was. My prayers are with all of you as you go thru this sad times. He will be missed.

Dear Linda 
I was so sad to hear of  Terry's death. I have so many good memories from the good old days - parties we thought were wild, his VT'ing at family events, like my Mom & Dad's golden wedding anniversary, the only HS reunion I attended, and on and on.  I think Terry came to Clinton for one of my Dad's many birthday celebrations at Cross Gates.  He was always such a humorous breath of fresh air and I'm so sorry he is no longer with you and our family.   Please know you are in my thoughts as you manage all that is going on around you.  I wish you and all those who loved Terry the best!

I had Mr. Aeschliman for history in the 70's at Provine he truley was one of my favorite's I always loved to see him laugh at some of the things we all would think about he was one of the best my love and prayers go to you all Virginia Wallace Robinson Provine

Mr. A taught me way back in the early 70's and he was the kind of teacher that you remember.  I remember him as a good story teller, a funny man made learning fun.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mr. Aeschliman was my teacher the summer of '70.  I had decided to graduate from Provine early.  He was always happy!  His good attitude was a great thing at that time.  

I saw him a couple of years ago and he was still the same happy guy!  He will certainly be missed by many.  God Bless his loved ones.
