Maurice Mitchell Jr., age 68, of Whitfield, Mississippi passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Maurice was born in Forest, MS to the late Maurice Mitchell Sr., and Verna Mitchell O'Leary.
Maurice is survived by his sister Rosemary Mitchell Robbins (Lennis) of Brandon, Mississippi; nieces Nicole Petitt (Barry), and Amanda Chatelain (Chris); great-nieces Jade Hall, and Emma Chatelain; nephew Thomas Chandler Bounds; great-nephew Ben Chatelain and an extended amount of family.
Maurice was preceded in death by his parents and sister Sandra Mitchell Holmes.
The family request in lieu of flowers a donation to the Epilepsy Foundation of America in Maurice's honor.
