William James DuBois

Of Jackson passed away on July 17, 2018 at the age of 86. Bill was born on July 2, 1932 to parents Raymond and Margaret DuBois in Jackson MI, Bill was in the Army and the National Guard serving our Country from 1950-1959. He married Louise Marie DuBois on August 27, 1955 in Jackson they were married for 46 years. Bill attended church at Sycamore Baptist Church for many years, enjoyed going to the Crouch Center where he loved to play pool. He also loved spending time with his family and extended family the Berkeypile’s and in his youth he was an avid Harley Rider. Bill is survived by his son, William H. (Linda) DuBois, His Love, Mary Berkeypile, grandchildren, Christopher (Laura), Jacob (Lauren) and Anthony “AJ”, great grandchildren, Brandt, Kyler, Savannah and Lillian, daughter-in–law, Gina, siblings, Donna Gerry, Katie Kryst and extended family the Berkeypile’s many nieces and nephews. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Louise (2001), son, Anthony (2007), favorite aunt, Margaret Rubert, siblings, Bob and Raymond “Jake” and beloved dog Monty. Per his wishes cremation has been chosen with a celebration of Bill’s life will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Sycamore Baptist Church (142 Sycamore St) 12:00 (noon) with visitation from 10:00 am until time of service. Terry Boyd will be officiating. He will be laid to rest next to his wife at Hillcrest Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Sycamore Baptist Church 142 Sycamore St Jackson MI.
