Of Jackson, passed away on Saturday. November 28th 2020 at the age of 82. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Jane Trowbridge; four sons, Robert Frank Trowbridge, Jr. (late Wife Cathy) of Vandercook, Scott Andrew Trowbridge (Wife Tammy) of Parma, Thomas Samual Trowbridge (Wife Jacklyn) of Jackson, Eric Todd Trowbridge (late Wife Shirley) of Hillsdale; one brother, Wilbur H. Trowbridge of Wisconsin; one sister, Ruth Mary Miller of Pleasant Lake. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild. Robert was born in Jackson on July 7th 1938 to Wilbur and Hazel (Wiley) Trowbridge and is a graduate of Jackson High School. He was a professional engineer who worked on the Alaska pipeline. He was a Boy Scout Leader and an Eagle Scout. He was also a member of the moose lodge of Jackson where he earned his Pilgrim degree. He loved to bowl, and golf and was an avid fishermen and Michigan Wolverine fan, also #48 Jimmy Johnson fan. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. Mr. Trowbridge will be laid to rest at Roseland Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
