Norma Jean Tripp

Of Jackson, passed away on May 15, 2012, age 70. Norma Jean was born January 24, 1942 to parents William F. and Norma M. Tripp. In 1961 she married LaVern Nebelung, who preceded her in death. She worked as a manager at Meijer. Norma Jean enjoyed cake decorating and preparing income taxes; she played on a pool league for over 20 years and was a member of the Monday night bingo club. She is survived by her father, William Tripp, Jr.; children, Valorie Scott, Donna (Jeff) Horning, Dawn Krutsch, LaVern (Pam) Nebelung, Jr., Barbara (Larry) Hodges and Jessica (Bart) McGuire; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, Carla Garrison, William (Louise) Tripp III, Robert (Rose) Tripp, Thomas Tripp, Timothy (Cathy) Tripp, Rohn (Cyndi) Tripp, Rhosan (David) Trudell, Craig Tripp, Mary (Brian) Wood, Ronda Tripp. In addition to her ex-husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Tripp and brother, John Tripp. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 4:00 pm at Albion World Outreach, 28900 B Drive North, Albion, 49224. Steve Meszaros officiating. A visitation will be held before the service from 2-4 pm. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the family to help with final expenses.
