Kory C Wittman ll of Horton MI, passed away on Saturday; March 19, 2022, at the age of 25. He was born to Faustina Beagle & Kory C Wittman on December 12, 1996. Kory received his education from Hanover-Horton and MYCA Academy School system. He loved working with his hands doing electrical and Construction work while also working at the buffalo ranch. He was an entrepreneur doing horseshoe cleaning, designing, and building projects and just starting up a small car detailing business. Kory never met a person that he did not impact with his huge smile. He loved meeting and talking with new people for all around the world. Anyone who had the privilege to speak to him always left with a smile on their face. Kory AKA Kuwaykuwatsu would give everything he had including the shirt on his back to anyone; just so no one would go without. His love for his community showed through his huge giving heart. Kory volunteered at the Jackson Turkey Trot every year, which is a family owned and operated race that gives back to the community. Kory enjoyed many hobbies; some included drawing, building, gardening, making food from scratch, bull riding, playing video games with family and friends, researching new things about history, hiking, golfing, taking long walks with his family. Along with being a huge MSU fan and favorite Marvel of all time being deadpool and going to Comic Con. His heart always took him to the woods where he would spend most of his days exploring with his service dog Faith also known as his best friend. She was always with him. Kory was strong in his beliefs. Even in the face of adversity, Kory showered it with kindness and love. Kory was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leroy & LaDonna Wittman, Samuel Cantu; Uncle Emelio Ortiz, Aunt Magdalena Ortiz, great-grandmother; Maryellen Lemmon, Aunt Judy Price, and nephew Carter Kohut Cousin: C.J Croft and Sandra Ortiz.- Kory survived by his parents Faustina Beagle (Jeff Beagle Sr.) and Kory C Wittman; six siblings: Jessica Neely (Dustin Neely), Jeff Beagle (Brittani Beagle), Jalina Wittman (Frank Emmert), Twin sister Jellaca Wittman, Lucas Beagle, Maricella Wittman; nieces & nephews: Alexcia, Alyssa, Devon Neely, Alexandria, Amilia Emmert and Sofia, Loreliee, Laylee Wittman; Grandparents: Victoria Cantu, Jerry & Sandy Beagle. Fiancé Teralynn Houghton and her three children Hadrian (son), Kylah (daughter), Acelind (son). Kory also survived by many other aunts & uncles from both sides of the family. Kory’s beautiful smile and big heart will be dearly missed by all who knew him. A celebration of his beautiful young life will be held at Burden & Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home. (1806 E. Michigan Ave. Jackson, MI 49202) on Monday, March 28th, 2022, at 2:00pm with Father Timothy MacDonald officiating.
The family will receive friends and family for visitation at the Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm and again on Monday from 12:00pm until time of service. There will be a celebration of life at the American Legion in Michigan Center (1190 Falahee Rd, Jackson, MI 49203) on Monday after service.
