John "Joe" Joseph Fullerton

Of Rives Junction, MI passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 80. Joe was born to parents Mary J. Robertson and George A. Fullerton, Sr., in Jackson, MI on July 26, 1942. Joe sold cars at Caldwall Pontiac in his younger years. Later, he worked as an accountant at White and white Auditing. He decided he was done with numbers and retired, working as an interior painter. He loved University of Michigan sports, animals, and snowmobiling up north with is cousins. Joe also loved golfing and fishing. Joe is survived by his brother William "Mike" (Malena) Fullerton, sister-in-law Phyllis Fullerton, five nieces, one nephew, and several great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Mary J. Robertson and George A. Fullerton, Sr. and his brother George (Al) Fullerton, Jr. A celebration of his live will take place on November 19, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at the American Legion Post #29 3200 Lansing Ave., Jackson, MI. He will be laid to rest at a later date at Roseland Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jackson County Animal Shelter, 3370 Spring Arbor Rd., Jackson, MI 49203.
