Of Jackson, passed away at home under the loving care of her son and Careline Health Group Hospice on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at the age of 79. She was an avid crafter and an incredible baker. She enjoyed crocheting, thrifting, scratch off tickets, Kentucky Fried Chicken, her movies & tv shows, and country music. She was a homemaker, gardener, and canner in her younger years. Later in life, she really loved crafting and crocheting, often giving her creations away as gifts.
She is survived by her 3 children, Carrie (John) Sharrer, Lisa (Christopher) Swenson, and James Nicholson; grandchildren Jade, Sierra (Toby), and Cassandra; siblings Bruce, Rita, Patrick, and Deloris; and many nieces & nephews. She is proceeded in death by her two sisters, Violet and Delight, and her ex-husband of 20 years, Gale. Funeral services will be held at The Hillcrest Memorial Park Chapel at 2:00 pm on Monday, February 13, 2023.
