IRMO- Ronald Lee Garrison, 69, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday May 13, 2023.
Celebration of Life Services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday May 16, 2023 at Dunbar Funeral Home – Dutch Fork Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Ron was born March 31, 1954 in Greenville to Jack and Sarah League Garrison. He was a talented self-taught musician who enjoyed playing his bass guitar and golf. Ron will be remembered for is “Dad Jokes” and his opinion, whether you wanted it or not.
In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his brothers; William Edward Garrison and Michael Willis Garrison. Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 43 years; Robin Garrison, three sons; Jeremy Shawn Garrison (Catherine), Dustin Heath Garrison, Andrew Jack Garrison, three grandchildren; Ethan, Emily and Woods, and a sister; Linda Garrison George.
The family wished to extend heartfelt thanks to the nursing staff at Lexington Medical Center for their compassion and care.
