Teresa Taylor

Teresa was born on December 22, 1957 to Billy Ray Alford Sr. and Julia Ann Bates in Wichita Falls, Texas. On April 18, 1978, she married David Lynn Taylor in Waurika, Oklahoma, beginning a devoted partnership that spanned decades. Together, they made their home in Electra, Texas, where Teresa resided for 49 years.

A dedicated homemaker and housewife, Teresa found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved fishing and horseback riding and cherished time spent at the lake with her family. These moments brought her immense happiness and created lasting memories for those who shared them with her.

Teresa Is survived by her loving husband David Taylor of Electra, Texas; Daughter Cynthia Moreno of Wichita Falls, Texas; Son David Ray Taylor of Electra, Texas; Brother Billy Alford and wife Kim of Wichita Falls, Texas; Brother Jimmy Alford of Wichita Falls, Texas; Brother Mark Alford and wife Johnnie of Lake Arrowhead, Texas; Sister Carol Angell of Henrietta, Texas; Teresa is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 Great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Father Billy Ray Alford Sr. and mother Julia Ann Alford.

A graveside service to honor Teresa's memory will be held Thursday December 19, 2024 at Electra Memorial Park Cemetery, Texas State Highway 25, Electra, Texas.
