Lucille Roach

Graveside Services will be held at 10 A.M., Saturday, December 19, 2015, at Highland Cemetery in Iowa Park. Visitation will be held Friday, December 18, 2015, from 6 PM to 8PM, at Dutton Funeral Home.

Lucille was born May 20, 1926 in Hico, Texas. She worked at Settle’s Drug Store, Cryovac and Hughes Pharmacy where she made many lifelong friends along the way. She enjoyed coaching little girls softball for many years and she loved to work outside in the yard. She also enjoyed playing Bingo and baking pies, but her true love was having family game nights and she was a notorious cheater at all of them.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Grandma Wright, her husband, R.D. Roach, her daughter, Darnell Richardson, and her sister, Dorothy Wright and brothers, Buddy and George Wright.

She is survived by her daughter, Doreene Gaston and husband, Wayne, of Iowa Park, Texas, her brother, Robert Wright and wife, June, of Magnolia, Texas, sister, Mary Hardin and husband, Frank, of Iowa Park, and sister, Patricia Wyatt of Iowa Park, Texas, granddaughter, Kerri Richardson and wife, Leah of Wichita Falls, Texas, and grandson, Greg Huff and wife, Sara, of Woodlands, Texas, and granddaughter, Kelli Richardson of Wichita Falls, Texas, and grandson, Kendall Gaston and wife, Jennifer of Saint Jo, Texas, and 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
