Billy Wayne Koonce,92, of Iowa Park, TX passed away on July 12, 2024 in Wichita Falls, TX.
Funeral Services will be held 10 AM August 17, 2024 at Dutton Funeral Home Chapel with Burial to follow in Highland Cemetery.
Mr. Koonce was born March 26, 1932 in Iowa Park, TX to Ed Cooper and Sarah Elizabeth (Littrell) Koonce. He was self-employed in the oil and ranching business.
Survivors include his daughter, Jill Guthrie and husband Zack; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Preceded in death by his parents; his wife Margaret Koonce; son, Billy Wayne Koonce, Jr; 8 brothers and sisters, E.C. Koonce, James Koonce, Doyle Koonce, Eba Lee Stevens, Juanita Boswell, Mary Lois Eib, George Washington Koonce, and Louise Kuehler.
