Betty J. Entrekin

Betty June Chadwick Entrekin, 80, of Iowa Park, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 in Wichita Falls. She was born on March 9, 1936 in Clay County to the late Albert Lee Chadwick and Lydia Wiest Chadwick. On July 28, 1961 she married James Entrekin. He preceded her in death on January 1, 2014. Betty was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Iowa Park and had worked as an office manager for Westex Products for 17 years and in the Post Office at McClurkan’s for 17 years.

She is survived by five sons, Wayland Stewart and wife Cathy of Iowa Park, Rodney Stewart and wife Olive of Saipan, James Stewart of Seattle, WA, Robert Entrekin of Wichita Falls and Tommy Entrekin and wife Vicki of Tucson, AZ; one daughter, Karen Sue Haas and husband Jim of Tyler; 15 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth Chadwick and wife Cindy of Houston and Lloyd Chadwick and wife Joan of Wapanucka, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 3 brothers and two grandsons, Josh Stewart and James Paul Entrekin.

Funeral services will be 10 AM Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Dutton Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Franks and Tim Ewing officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.

Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
