His mother, Juanita Clemmins, brother, Anthony Ealy, sister, Vanessa Ealy preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter, Erika Ealy, father, Willie Ealy Sr, brother, Phillip Ealy, 1 grandchild and a host of extended family and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2014, 1pm- 2pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 2pm at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. His burial will take place in Crown Hill Cemetery.
