Dr. Steve Pfeifer

Dr. Stephen Pfeifer, 60, of Indianapolis, departed this life Monday, February 14, 2022. Steve was born August 4, 1961 in Indianapolis to Robert and Nikki Pfeifer. He was a graduate of Indiana University and member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He then earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1987. He practiced family medicine for many years before pursuing his true love of holistic medicine and medical research. Steve devoted his life to helping others by getting to the root cause of health problems and keeping up with the latest advancements in medicine. His hobbies and interests included golfing, bird watching, fencing, and racquetball. He loved music and attending concerts at Deer Creek, collecting historical memorabilia, and camping which brought back fond memories of his days achieving Eagle Scout. Steve is survived by his loving daughter, Sydney Pfeifer; beloved parents, Nikki Pfeifer, and Robert (Patricia) Pfeifer; siblings, Dawn (Don) Masters and Mike Pfeifer; step-brother Jeff Sheets and step sister, Michele Sheets. Visitation will take place from 1pm-4pm with services beginning at 4pm on Saturday, February 26th at Leppert Mortuary – Nora Chapel.
