Ms. Patricia Ann Phelps White, Daughter of Edward R. & Madie B. White, was born March 10, 1959, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She departed this life on November 5, 2023, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Patricia attended the Indianapolis Public Schools for High School and Clark College. She was a Devoted Mother of three children and a beloved sister. She was a bus driver at head start and devoted 20-plus years of her life to Allen Chapel Church, where she also served. She always put her heart into feeding the neighborhood and the homeless.
Patricia loved to bowl in the Hindel Bowling League and play cards. She enjoyed watching wrestling, The Steve Harvey Show, and of course The Young and the Restless.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memories with her beloved children, Son: Deshawn M. White (Simmone), and Melvin Bell III (Tonya); Daughter: Tameica T. Farral; Grandmother: Madie Gray; 7 loving Stepchildren, Brothers: Marcus G. Graye, and Edward R. White Sr. (Angie), Gary White (Emily) Donald R. White; Sisters: Edwina Berry (Odell), Peggy L. White, Shelia M. White (Ron), Suzanne L. White; Grandchildren: Devonte Farral, David Farral, Dominique Farral, Demond Suber Jahlil Bobbitt, Shawn White Jr., Shyeim White, Jasmyn Montgomery, Lyric Trice, Micah Wilburn, Maci Bell; 8 Great-Grandkids, 3 uncles, 3 aunties and a host of nieces, nephews, The Faith Temple Pentecostal Church and many cherished friends. A special thank you to her Health Aides: Jessica, Leann, Debora, and Shirley.
Patricia will be remembered for the love of her family, warm friendly smile, and pleasant personality.
