84, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 6, 2020. Norma was born on December 16, 1935 in Bloomington, Indiana the daughter of the late Virgil F. and SarahTaggart Ooley. Norma retired from National City bank. Norma was a member of the American Legion and loved genealogy and reading. Norma is survived by her son; Greg (Valorie) Herman, sister; Jana Rae Ferrell, 4 grandchildren; Jesse, Kenneth Jr., Scott and Paul Herman and 2 great grandchildren; Ashlyn Herman and Sarah Coleman. She is preceded in death by her husband; Virgil Herman, Sr., sons; Virgil Herman, Jr., Donald Herman and Kenneth Herman, Sr., and her brother; Robert Ooley. Norma will be laid to rest in a private family service at Fairfield Friends Cemetery in Camby, IN.
